Before being marketing managers, directors, VPs…, we are people manager and we have to build and improve marketing organisation.

I believe that this management topic is also a key theme. I would like to exchange with other marketing managers how they :
- integrate strategic objectives in organisation design
- balance budget and p&l management versus 3 to 5 years strategic objectives
- Assure diversity and fresh blood in their organsation
- integrate e-com, e-channel, e-care… in there organisation models
