Issuu, a Danish startup backed by Sunstone Capital, are offering free conversion of any type of document to an electronic-type catalogue. A bit more interactive and user friendly than you average pdf, and certainly a heck of a lot better than your average text document.

I tested it - took me 3-4 minutes including registering my Marketingboss profile on their site. Seems very fleksible and fast to work with Issuu.

While I haven’t tested how well Issuu handles distribution, storing, volume traffic/downloads, it seems promising. In my opinion it is not half as advanced and user (consumer) friendly as f.ex. NXTbook Media, but Issuu is free. For how long ? I do not know.
