First seen in Stockholm, Sweden: Ultimate customer orientation

Braille is a system of small raised dots that represent the alphabet, punctuation and numbers for the visually impaired. On a recent visit to Stockholm, I saw this sign close by the entrance to Försäkringskassan (a large health insurance company). It includes instructions in braille as well as a clear instruction to disabled people in wheel-chair.

Now, I do realize that Sweden may have passed laws insisting that certain companies are required to provide instructions for blind people - but I nevertheless like what I saw.

I have been wondering, though, how a visually impaired person knows how to find the sign. But that is another story.
